Application windows are surrounded by a frame with a titlebar at the top and a special border around the window. The titlebar contains the window's name, and a function box known as the close button at the left edge of the titlebar.
Clicking on the close box will close the window.
Left clicking on the border will allow resizing the window frame.
Left clicking on the titlebar will allow moving the window, bringing the window in front of all others.
Right clicking anywhere on the frame will hide the window; right clicking on the root window will bring up a menu where you will be able to select the window from a stack and unhide it.
Middle clicking anywhere on the frame will allow moving the window, maintaining its order in the desktop stack.
Shift-right clicking will move the window to the bottom of the desktop stack.
